SKOCH Award (Gold) For The "Dynamic Web Portal of Odisha Police".

Odisha Police has Submitted Nomination for “SKOCH Award for Governance, 2018” in respect of the Dynamic Web Portal of Odisha Police (https://www.odishapolice.gov.in/) under the Category Police & Safety.
After Scrutiny in the first round, the nomination was shortlisted for evaluation Presentation for SKOCH Governance Award, 2018 in presence of Domain experts, jury and pears on 18th May, 2018 at National Institute of Public Finance and Police (NIOFP), New Delhi. Shri Sanjeeb Panda, IPS, I.G. of Police, SAP, Odisha, the respondent for Odisha Police Web Portal, made the power point presentation.
After stringent evaluation by experts, jury & peers, the Odisha Police Web Portal was selected for Popular Public Voting from 22nd May, 2018 to 25th May, 2018. Total 4,528 Votes were Casted for the Dynamic Web Portal of Odisha Police and our Project Secured top Position in the Public Voting round.

After evaluation process and Popular Voting, Odisha Police Web Portal was selected for the SKOCH Order-of-Merit Award (Bronze) & nominated to participate in the National Exhibition on State of the Nation, in the 52nd SKOCH Summit, 2018 at Constitution Club of India, Rafi Marg, New Delhi having been rated and qualified on 3 parameters namely early bird entry, jury evaluation and Popular Vote.
Shri Sanjeeb Panda, IPS, I.G. of Police, SAP, Odisha along with his team was nominated by Director General of Police to participate in the National Exhibition on State of the Nation, in the 52nd SKOCH Summit, 2018 at Constitution Club of India, Rafi Marg, New Delhi on Dt.23.06.2018.
The nominated Team along with Shri Sanjeeb Panda, IPS & Shri Manoranjan Mohapatra, MD, Suyog Computech participated in the National Exhibition on State of the Nation, in the 52nd SKOCH Summit, 2018 at Constitution Club of India, Rafi Marg, New Delhi on Dt.23.06.2018.

Expert Delegate Votes were collected on the exhibition in the 52nd SKOCH Summit, 2018. Basing on exhibition, demonstration and interaction with the delegates the Votes were collected , additionally adjudged during the Conference . This will account for 15% weightage on the overall score to win the coveted SKOCH Award, 2018.
As declared earlier Odisha Police received the SKOCH Order-of-Merit Award (Bronze) for its Dynamic Web Portal on the exhibition day i.e. Dt.23.06.2018.

Subsequently the SKOCH Award was declared & Odisha Police has bagged the SKOCH Award Gold for it's Dynamic Web Portal (https://www.odishapolice.gov.in/) during 52nd SKOCH Summit , 2018 held on 23rd June 2018 at New Delhi. Sri Sanjeeb Panda, IG SAP received the award on behalf of Odisha Police.
